Will WhatPulse work on Intel Atom?

Quite a while back I started a thread about WhatPulse not working on Ubuntu on my Chromebook, and figured out it was because it was an ARM processor.

Well I’m on the hunt for a new Chromebook and was wondering if it will work on Intel Atom.

I’m Guessing it will if it’s x86 and the Atom name won’t really matter?

But I only have a pretty basic knowledge of this type of compatibility.

To be honest, I doubt it’ll work. ARM and x86 are not 100% compatible.

I have nothing to test this on, so if you do end up buying one…Let me know if it runs. :slight_smile:
