I don’t seem to be able to log in to my WhatPulse account. I have the account name and password stored from when I registered, but this combination is apparently not correct; I get a Wrong Password! message whenever I try to log in.
I also seem unable to reset my password. The link I get in the email just says “Wrong token, I don’t think you’re supposed to be here. ;o)”
Any attempt to change the password for my offline account settings results in an “Old password wasn’t right!” error message, regardless of whether I try the reset password or my old password for the Old Password field.
Just to be clear, my profile does exist, I’m user 309254. It’s just that I can’t log in to it on the website, and any attempt to try and pulse from my computer fails because it reckons I entered the wrong password.
