Online stats page in UTF-8

Hi,

  1. In “Online stats” section I cannot use UTF-8 characters:
    URL: /stats/users/242278/

They work good in edit section:
Polish characters: ąśżźćń󳥌ŻŹĆŃÓŁ

But bad in preview page:
Polish characters: Ä�Å�żźÄ�Å�óÅ�Ä�Å�ŻŹÄ�Å�Ã�Å�

  1. Also it would be nice to have option to set text align to left (by some tag eg [align=left]), not center always.
