Is WhatPulse free to use?

I’m a total new user to WhatPulse, I’ve just installed it and log in.
In the “Account information” page, it said {
Premium: Yes (expires at 08-03-2014)
}
I’ve never entered my credit card information.
Will my service stopped on 08-03-2014? or I can still enjoy a “free-user” service?

WhatPulse is totally free to use. With a basic (free) membership, you can gather input, bandwidth and uptime statistics, and compete against your friends (or the world).

Premium services offers extra perks, such as heatmaps, history graphs, and more detailed bandwidth and uptime statistics.
