(almost) no count on Ubuntu

I’ve just installed Ubuntu on Oracle VM VirtualBox. It’s ubuntu 13.04 (64-bits), and I use the latest version of whatpulse (2.1.1).

I managed to start the application, and it counts the uptime. But it doesn’t count keystrokes, clicks or my network.
When I try: “sudo setcap cap_net_raw,cap_net_admin=eip ./whatpulse”, it says: “Failed to set capabilities on file `./whatpulse’ (no such file or directory)”

What went wrong?

Also run the input (keyboard/mouse) permission script, that is included. As for the setcap command…you need to run that in the directory the client is located, or just provide the full path to it…
