account or username not found

Hey people,

I can not pulse :frowning:

It says “Account BootVluchteling or profile 't Westland not found!”

  1. Which version of WhatPulse are you running? The latest version; 1.6.2.1.

  2. What is your WhatPulse Username? BootVluchteling

  3. What version of Windows are you using? Windows 7 pro 64 bits.

  4. If you are using version 1.6 or higher, are you logged into an administrator account on Windows so that WhatPulse can access Windows correctly? Yes

  5. What error messages are you receiving (if applicable)? See above.

  6. What programs were you running when the issue happened? VM-ware and certain higher-privilege programs can cause compatibility issues. Never pulsed before, so it never worked properly.

The point is that i can not change my computername because the ’ will not be allowed…

What can i do?

Best guess, try making a new computer profile and see if you can pulse using that (not new account; just in case there is some confusion). Probably doesn’t like the ’ in your profile name?

AFAIK Computer names shouldn’t have spaces in them

Spaces won’t matter, but the ’ would. Remove the ’ and try again.
