[2.6] Not pulsing app data

2.6 has failed to pulse the data from many applications but the aggregate stats seem to be correct.

Just pulsed with 2.6.1; still happening!

2.6.3, Windows 10 - Still happening.

Did you check “upload application info” in settings?
