[2.2.1] Open when system starts up doesn't work

I’s using Windows 8 Enterprise. The “Lunch When Computer Starts” option is enabled but it doesn’t work.

But I’ve disable the UAC since I installed the windows so that’s not my problem!

Well, you might want to try it anyway, as it will be something permission related. Otherwise check the same things that were checked in that thread.

This is my Control Panel Print Screen and there isn’t such an option named “local security policy” so I considered that you turned the UAC off.
