Your savefiles seems to be corrupted

Hi all!
I have a problem I can’t resolve.

When I try to pulse, this Error appears:

I already tried to:

  • Reset Token (it gives same error)
  • Empty Whatpulse Data Folder
  • Uninstall and reinstall Whatpulse

Nothing changed… what should I do? What corrupted files I should look for?
Please help me! I’m loosing lot of pulses!!!

Hi!

I don’t think it will work (because the remove of WhatPulse data folder should be enough, and after the login, it should rewrite the values), but can you try removing the registry key of WhatPulse (it’s located at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WhatPulse)? I think it doesn’t removes automatically with the uninstall.

This sentence made me think I didn’t try to log-out and log-in again… I tried it and it worked!!!
