Where are my heatmaps?

One of the main reasons I wanted to get Whatpulse Premium was for the heatmaps. I’ve had Whatpulse premium for over a year now (and I love it) but I still have yet to be able to upload a heatmap to the site. I can click the Share button all day long but it never does anything, and I still don’t even have 1 heatmap on my site profile and it saddens me :frowning:

Maybe I’m missing something and someone can help? Currently running Windows 10 Pro x64 WhatPulse 2.7 and I was previously on Windows 8.1 Enterprise WhatPulse 2.7

Sorry about the late reply, just noticed this thread hadn’t had any attention.

Is this still an issue? If it is, is the Share button actually active and not greyed out? What happens if you use the export button to export the heatmap to a png?
