Whatpulse restarting several times

This window appears somewhat regularly when booting up the desktop.
I have version 3.6 installed.

This is extracted from the logfile.

Does it only happen when you’re freshly booting the desktop? As in, does it not happen after you start the client manually after boot and then it stays running?

It happens when booting up desktop yes. But also when I shut down the software and start it manually. But it is very sporadically. Some days it happens at every boot. And some days it never happens.
