Unpulsed is the amount of statistics which you haven’t sent to the website yet.

Basically you upload your statistics online because local databases can be unreliable, so you can lose your statistics locally, but you still have them on your online account.
There’s also other benefits such as rankings, per-application data or viewing all your computers’ statistics in one place.
