Volume slider on laptops

My laptop uses a dial system that you roll towards you for volume up, and away from you for volume down. I was turning the volume up while looking at the audio thing to make sure it was at the max, and i noticed the whatpulse icon showing the click/key blink. I dont know if this is a glitch, but the volume dial counts towards keystroke count. is this a glitch or a feature?

Wow interesting,

I wont speculate, poke wasted

Agreed. I forwarded this onto wasted, myself. I’m guessing the knob isn’t really supposed to be generating keystrokes.

I’ve got a Logitech G15 keyboard with a volume wheel and turning it does not generate keystrokes. My guess is that it’s not supposed to, but the way your laptop sends volume adjustments is triggering WhatPulse.
