Unable to connect to server after upgrading to 2.0

hi, i just recently upgraded to version 2.0
but since then whatpulse is unable to connect to server.
i can’t even login to my account from whatpulse cilent.
my system win 7 x64 and it’s behind a proxy server.
any help would be appreciated.

Currently, 2.0 disables the settings menu when logging in. This will be activated in the next version.

so i just have to sit around till the next version is launched? :-/
