How about an option to tweet on milestones, such as when you hit a multiple of keys, mouse clicks, upload, download, uptime, etc, along with multiple saved templates so we can tweet when different milestones are hit?
Not a Twitter user, but it would be a nice feature.

maybe you should add a check that only if at minimum one pulse happened before the last tweet for a distinct user, the stats get tweeted again… Did some checks with the people in the carousel on this page and 3 out of 4 seem to be inactive and more or less spam twitter with the same stats every time… only the rank gets worse from tweet to tweet…
