Just went to install on new install, I guess i will hold off upgrading my main from the old LTS until I have to or this is working again

Absolutely agree with FamilienVater. Upgrading to 20.04 was mandatory for me, I really hope they fix this in a few weeks or at least release an official statement that they will no longer support this software. I love supporting this product financially, but please be clear what’s your plan about the future.
