I’ve just noticed that the .sh script isn’t included in the 32bit Ubuntu based archive.

setup-input-permisssions.sh

Checked both 32bit and 64bit, all there and extracts fine.

Same for me, downloaded the 32bit-Ubuntu archive a few days ago, I had to take the setup-input-permissions.sh from the 32bit-Debian-Download. OS was Lubuntu v14.04 LTS
