I’ve been using WhatPulse for a good while now and have 3+mil keystrokes and 1+mil clicks. I’ve purchased a new drive and will be reformatting Windows. Is there anything I can do to keep all the statistics there? I want to keep the info regarding what keys are pressed etc…and the count for the same machine.
On Windows 7, go to C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME HERE\AppData\Local\WhatPulse and save the contents of this folder, then paste them into your new formatted windows in the same directory, then install Whatpulse and it’ll have your keys.
Alternatively, you can Enable Portable Mode from whatpulse settings, let it do its thing, then save the entire whatpulse folder.
Thanks for the reply. I saved the entire WhatPulse folder, reformatted & reinstalled WhatPulse and ran it once. After that I closed it, copied the entire folder in and then opened WhatPulse. All was like normal again.
