Yes, the geek window is not to show your overall stats, thats for your profile page online to do. If you wish to track a large number of stats within your geek window, simply do not pulse as often. The new version does not lose keys if it ever crashes, but recovers them once you reboot the program, so there is no longer a risk in not pulsing for a long period of time.
