sorry.

Could you tell us the make & model of your computer? For example. I have a Dell Vostro 1000. This will help us guess which version of XP you are using.

I wonder if an external program is reverting the whatpulse files to a former state where you only had the 485 keys. I have seen programs that will write-protect the C drive and revert the whole thing to its original state between reboots. This is frequently used as a means of preventing virus infections. Could it be something like that?

As a temporary solution can you not just set Whatpulse to pulse automatically before Windows shuts down?

No because that setting doesn’t work in 1.6.* for some reason. :stuck_out_tongue:

in the front of the computer stands: “Fujitsu Siemens Scenic” more, i dont know.

I dont know whether, a programm runs.

I haven’t tried this feature out since 1.5, so I can’t speak to its current functionality. Last I checked, that feature worked when you did a “proper shutdown,” meaning that you’re manually closing the client down, THEN shutting Windows down.

Ooh didn’t think to try it like that. The setting is called ‘Pulse Before Windows Shutdown’ now though. With the setting on, exiting the program changes the tray icon for a moment, but it doesn’t do anything else. I’ll add a note to the bug.

It’ll be fixed in 1.7, that’s all I know.
