Pulsing

When I pulse my WhatPulse, the icon turns to the green circle and just remains idle. For some reason it is no sending pulses. What can I do?

Upgrade to 1.6.2.1 and change port.

Change port? Where and to what?

Program Settings, second tab. There are two options, change it to whatever one it’s not and try again.
