I am connected to the internet, and I have changed from port 80 to 3490 and back again.
Running with WhatPulse version 1.6.2.1 and Windows 7.

All Windows 7 issues should be directed toward the Windows 7 thread under announcements. Typically, we only assist Win7 users who use the latest betas as well.
