My Whatpulse isn’t letting me Pulse, the Pulse button is grayed out, and when I right click the icon and click Pulse, it doesn’t work. I have Windows 8, latest version.
If you hover over the Pulse button, it will probably tell you you have the “Work Offline” option enabled. Disable that option.
