My computer cannot pulse anymore. It says it cannot find my account. I get alot of crazy figures as my account name. I can log in on the website so I do not know what is going on. Can somebody help me getting this fixed.
I cannot place a picture because my screenshot is an invalid in pptx.
It sounds like you might be experiencing the Corruption/Random characters error. I get that every now and then. You can see more about the error at this post:

Basically you’ll just need to log out of WhatPulse on your computer and then log back in. Unfortunately you will lose all your progress since your last pulse.
