[FIXED] keyboard heatmap does not change color

Hi there,

i enjoyed using WhatPulse so far and it also worked perfectly fine for me, but since the update to version 2.6 the keyboard heatmap stays purple all the time. every time i press a key it counts towards the total number of keys pressed, but the color doesn’t change, also the number of that specific key does not increase.
in addition to that there is also a black frame, which doesn’t seem right.

Information you want to have:

  1. Version 2.6
  2. Windows 7 64bit
  3. winPcap version 4.1.3 is installed
  4. no administrator account
  7. i did.

Try using this 2.6.1 test client: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7766970/whatpulse-2.6.1-test.exe

Just shut down WhatPulse, put this file into your WhatPulse install directory and rename it to whatpulse.exe (overwriting your 2.6 client), and launch it (Martijn posted it into this thread, incase you would like assurance that it’s legit.)

yay, colors are back.
the black frame is still there, but that doesn’t matter too much.

Official 2.6.1 was just posted, please use that one.
