Error when launching whatpulse after updating

Hi, after updating yesterday I now get the error ‘The procedure entry point createDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll.’ How can I fix this?

hi, I see you are using windows 7 like me, I had to downgrade to an earlier whatpulse version I found on the internet.
new updates sadly won’t support win7/8…

WhatPulse hasn’t supported Windows 7 in years, just as Microsoft hasn’t supported it for years. Please upgrade to a Windows version that still gets security updates.
