I am Team Founder. I used to be Team Manager, but the Founder left and made me Founder.
Problem; How do I make someone Team Manager?
I’ve tried every single klickable item on the pages, but no luck at all

You didn’t try them all, I guess. 
Check the memberlist inside the team management (http://whatpulse.org/my/teams/founder/memberlist/) - you can select members and then click ‘Make managers’ to promote them.
