Curious about Whatpulse logging

Hi,

I’m curious about the logging in Whatpulse. As far as I could see, Whatpulse logges all my active (and running) processes, the uptime of these programs plus it counts the keystrokes per running process.

Not only this, but some software that has been running, has 0 keystrokes or clicks, but the uptime has been serveral hours.

Why is Whatpulse logging the running processes? Does it get sent while pulsing?

The applications in 2.1 are just for local statistical usage. e.g. “How much and long do you use Chrome?”

WhatPulse 2.2 will have a feature that sends those statistics to the website as well, so you can view the application stats on a global scale, not just per computer.
