  1. Which version of WhatPulse are you running? 1.7

  2. What is your WhatPulse Username? Kaylith

  3. What version of Windows are you using? Windows 7 x?

  4. If you are using version 1.6 or higher, are you logged into an administrator account on Windows so that WhatPulse can access Windows correctly? yes

  5. What error messages are you receiving (if applicable)?
    “Account Kaylith or profile k@yl1th not found”

  6. What programs were you running when the issue happened? VM-ware and certain higher-privilege programs can cause compatibility issues.
    The only other program running was Firefox

I went into my account and edited the computer name from K@yl1th to Kaylith1, and now I can’t pulse from my computer. Any help?

Change it back to K@yl1th, pulse, change it to Kaylith1, log out and back in.
