[CLOSED] Does WhatPulse and the WinPCap driver slow down internet?

I got 940 down and 100 up internet, and I got an i3-6100 cpu.

Will my speeds get affected?

Just try it out, do some Full-Speed Download with and without WinPcap running :wink:

Yep, I can confirm that it does not slow down. I was able to test up to 930 Mbits for download with no issues.
