Client says Facebook account not found

OSX 10.8.4
Not running any anti-virus or similar applications

I’ve logged in online with Facebook, and I can see my account page. When I try to log in with Facebook with the client, it tells me “It appears your Facebook account has not been linked to a WhatPulse account yet…”

I’m not sure what’s going on :confused:

It looks like the client was not prepared to handle accounts without computers and said your account didn’t exist because you have no computers. I just fixed that with a message informing you to add a computer before logging in.

Ahhh ok thanks. I looked at the computer page, but the wording lead me to believe I only needed to add a computer if I had multiple devices syncing. Thanks :slight_smile:
