Clicks not being logged.

For some reason clicks are not being logged on my ThinkPad, the only way to get them to log is to reinstall WP. This only fixes it for a few weeks then i have to repeat. I do not get the problem on my HTPC. Any ideas?

Windows 7 x86 Build 7260

What is build 7260? Is it the final release or one before that?
