i uninstalled re-installed only having this issue on my 2 laptops pc is fine

i cant pulse i just get that message

im on win 7 32bit my pc (that WP works fine on) is same but 64bit

You just have to log out and back into the program. It’s a known glitch occurring from how we encrypt the data contained within WhatPulse. We’re working on a fix to come with the next version of WhatPulse.
