Hello,

I finally got my friend to download whatpulse and try it out. So he created an account and downloaded the client, After downloading the client he put his email and password in and pressed continue but when he pressed continue he got prompted to a error message saying: “An error has occurred while communication with the website: Did” Please help us, We have been trying to get his whatpulse client working forever, We installed it. Uninstalled it numerous times.

Hi,

I believe you’ve got off the error. When it starts with “Did” - that is the message you that explains whats wrong. If you can’t find it, look in the app.log file located in your data dir: http://whatpulse.org/kb/content/2/6/en/data-files.html
