That’s the error message I get when I try to pulse.
I’m not sure why because my account (user name: nxq) does exist, I’ve pulsed before, and I am logged in as well.
Any ideas why it’s not working?

Verify your profile is correct. You will lose all current keys however. Right click → Account → Logoff Profile, then log back in.

Yeah I was going to try “switching it off an on again” but really didn’t want to lose the data. I guess I’ll have to. Thanks.
