Contacting WSI Admin?

Does anybody know how to go about and get it touch with the gentlemen who run WhatPulse Signature Images site?

Can't get BG's to upload nor any response on their forums?

Any help would be appreciated...

Aha - I found the forum - whoa, there's a lot that's been changed - I don't know about any of it, anymore :(

Heck, I don't even remember my login details - or if I still have them. I'll keep trying to nag the admin. Now I need help, too! :s

Just convert the file to a different format which is accepted. Simple solution.

Converting it to a different format may be problematic, as other compression algorithms aren't losless - the image will probably turn out a bit more grainy or blurry than desirable.

Eh, if he translates it to a bmp or high quality jpg, it shouldn't be lossy. I'm more then happy to do it for him.

I think the problem was here that his image was too high.
